Complaints of no urine output since 2 days.
Complaints of B/L pedal edema since 2 days.
HOPI:
Patient was apparently asymptomatic 2 days back and then he developed swelling of legs which was inscidious in onset and no urine output.

8. GRBS monitoring 6th hourly
