A 34 year old male came to casualty with chief complaints of

Anuria since yesterday
Burning micturition since 5 days
Abdominal pain since 3 days

HOPI-He was apparently asymptomatic 5 days ago then he developed burning micturition since 5 days, not associated with fever .Anuria since one day.He had abdominal pain since 3 days and relieved on medication.H/o 3 episodes of vomiting 1 Day back ,non projectile,non bilious

Not a k/c/o DM/HTN/Thyroid/BA
